Your free trial

No card to start. 7 days free, or the full 14 with a card on file.

How the trial works

  • Sign up and pick your role. No card, no checkout page. You get 7 days of full access.
  • Add a card (at signup or any time) and the trial runs to 14 days instead. Nothing is charged until it ends.
  • When a cardless trial ends, you can still capture evidence on your jobs, but completion packs, downloads and pack emails pause until a card is added.
  • Add a card at that point and everything unlocks straight away, and you keep whatever's left of your 14 days. Past day 14, billing starts as soon as the card is added.
  • Walk away instead and you pay nothing.

Adding a card early

You can put a card on file any time from Settings → My company → Manage billing, or with Add a card, get 14 days free on the plan screen. Do that and the trial rolls straight into a paid plan on day 15, so you're not interrupted by a payment screen in the middle of a job.

Got a code?

Type it into Have a code? on the plan screen when you sign up. Already signed up? Use Have a code? under Settings → My company → Billing. A code can take money off, add free days to your trial, or add free jobs.

Cancelling

  1. Open Settings → My company.
  2. Click Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period (or trial).

What you pay after the trial

  • £10 per user a month, whatever their role, with 5 jobs each included and shared across your team.
  • Extra jobs are £2 each, or less in packs: 3 for £5, 8 for £10, 20 for £20. Buy them under Settings → My company when you need them. They last 12 months.
  • Unused included jobs from a paid month roll over to the next and last 3 months.
  • A new user added part-way through a paid month is charged for the rest of that month straight away. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
  • Joined before this pricing? You move to it at your first renewal after we've given you 30 days' notice by email. Until then your current plan applies.

Failed payment

If your card declines, we'll retry over the next few days and email you each time. After three failed retries the account moves to past due. You can still sign in, but new jobs are paused until billing is sorted. Update the card via Manage billing and you're back instantly.
