Built for UK signage crews,
by someone who's been on site.
SignCheck started with a clipboard, a dropped phone, and a Friday afternoon spent stitching photos, ticks and signatures into a PDF that nobody had time to make.
UK signage is a precise, regulated trade. Each fascia, channel letter and projecting box has a paper trail behind it: RAMS, photos, sign-off, completion pack. In practice that paper trail lives across three phones, a clipboard, two WhatsApp chats and somebody's memory. When a brand client or HSE auditor asks for the evidence, it's a scramble.
The product principle behind SignCheck is simple: the pack should come straight from the work. Capture once, in the right structure, and the regulation mapping, the branding, the e-signature and the delivery all come out the other end.
We're a small UK team, building it with manufacturers, installation managers and installers.
Four principles.
Specifics over generics.
Real numbers, real photos, real timestamps. “It got done” isn’t evidence; “installed at 14:32 on 11 March 2026, proof captured at the job” is.
On site, not on email.
Every minute the crew spends typing reports is a minute they’re not installing. Capture happens where the work happens: on a phone, on the ladder, on the day.
No writing up.
Photos, voice notes, e-signature in. Branded, regulation-mapped completion pack out. Friday afternoon back.
Compliance built in.
CDM 2015, BS 559-1:2023, Work at Height and GDPR are built into the workflow, so nobody has to remember a checklist.
Three roles, one workflow.
Manufacturers
Run dispatch and quality from one screen. Watch evidence land live. Send a branded pack to the client without opening Photoshop.
Installers
Phone-first. Tap, capture, send. Voice notes do the typing. WhatsApp capture is rolling out in beta for crews that won’t install another app.
Manufacturers
Co-ordinate installers and end clients. Client-branded packs, a portal that doesn’t look bought off Fiverr, and every job’s evidence in one place.
See it on a real job.
