A monthly bundle gives you at least 20% more jobs than the same pack, added to your subscription. Your rate stays the same for as long as you keep that bundle, and unused bundle jobs roll over for 3 months.

What counts as a job?
A job is a completed installation with its full compliance report: photos, checklists, evidence, sign-off. Every user includes 5 jobs a month in one shared pool for your whole team, so 20 users means 100 jobs that anyone can use.
What happens to jobs I don't use?
Unused included jobs from a paid month roll over to the next month, up to one month's worth, and last 3 months. The same goes for a monthly bundle. Jobs you buy as a top-up last 12 months. Unused jobs aren't refunded.
What if I need more jobs?
Buy them in the app when you need them: £2 for one, or less per job in a pack. Use jobs every month? A monthly bundle gives you more jobs for the same money, and your rate is locked while you keep it. You're only charged when you choose to buy.
Can jobs top up automatically?
Only if you turn it on. Auto top-up buys a pack when creating a job would otherwise be blocked, and never spends more than the monthly cap you set (£50 unless you change it). It's off until someone who manages billing switches it on.
Does my role change the price?
No. Every user is £10 a month, whatever their role. The role decides what you can do in SignCheck. If you want Management or Manufacturer tools, ask us and we'll switch them on at no extra cost.
Do I need to add a card to start the trial?
No. Sign up, pick your role and you're in for 7 days free. Add a card, at signup or any time, and the trial runs to 14 days, with nothing charged until it ends.
Is branding easy to set up?
