No. Installers use their phone and the office uses a desktop or laptop. Crews who don't want another app can send photos over WhatsApp (in beta), and it all lands in the same dashboard.

Captures queue offline. As soon as you're back on signal, or back in the van, they upload automatically with the original timestamps preserved.

Each pack carries a Safety Evidence Record that maps each install stage to CDM 2015, BS 559-1:2023, Work at Height Regulations 2005 and other UK signage rules. On export you can choose a client, company or manufacturer version of the pack.

In the UK/EU, handled under UK GDPR. Only your team, and clients you send a pack to, can see your photos.

Yes. Company-branded packs are on Management. Client-branded packs, with your client's logo and colours on every pack, are on Manufacturer. Setup is uploading a logo and picking colours, about two minutes.

£10 per user a month, whatever their role. Every user includes 5 jobs per user a month included, pooled across your team. Extra jobs are £2 each, or less in packs: 3 for £5, 8 for £10, 20 for £20. Installers who only use WhatsApp or text links don't need a login, so they don't count as a user. If you joined before this pricing, you move to it at your first renewal after we've given you 30 days' notice by email; until then your current plan applies.

No. It's monthly, and you can cancel any time.

The price is the same, so pick the one that fits. Installer if you install on your own. Management if you run a team of installers and want packs with your own branding. Manufacturer if you make the signs, send installers out and want packs branded for your clients.

7 days of full access with no card at sign-up, or 14 days if you add a card (nothing is charged until the trial ends). When a cardless trial ends, you can still capture evidence on your jobs, but completion packs and exports pause until a card is added. Adding one keeps whatever's left of your 14 days free. Past day 14, billing starts when the card is added.

You're never charged for going over unless you've turned auto top-up on. Once your included jobs are used, new jobs pause and anything already underway carries on as normal. Buy more from Settings, then My company, whenever you need them: extra jobs are £2 each, or less in packs: 3 for £5, 8 for £10, 20 for £20. Bought jobs last 12 months. If you use extra jobs every month, a monthly bundle gets you more for the same money.

Yes. Unused included jobs from a paid month roll over to the next, and last 3 months. Up to one month's worth rolls over each time. Unused jobs aren't refunded.

An optional setting that buys a pack of jobs when creating a job would otherwise be blocked because your team has run out. It never spends more than the monthly cap you set (£50 unless you change it), and it's off until someone who manages billing turns it on.

Yes, at no extra cost. Every user is the same price whatever their role. Ask us and we'll switch them on.

Installers record an observation in plain speech. SignCheck transcribes it and attaches it to the right element and stage, so a snag is logged without typing up a ladder.
